...was established by Ali Ozturk in 2010 as a natural extension to his restaurant business development. In contrast to the al fresco setting of Kaptan BBQ Restaurant, and with its delightful relaxing atmosphere, this is one of the newest and most sophisticated venues in Kalkan. The large pretty courtyard is also available for private parties.

BBQ Restaurant

… was established in 1996 and is professionally run by proprietor Ali Özturk, whose experience includes 4 years working in the House of Commons, London. The restaurant offers al-fresco dining with the finest views of Kalkan Bay, freshly cooked food, first class service, great ambience and good music.

Villa Matricha

as featured in the Financial Times, is a superb villa with an unsurpassed view over the whole of Kalkan and its beautiful bay. Ali Ozturk personally oversaw the construction of the building to the highest specification, with quality Bosch and Siemens fittings, air-conditioning throughout and integrated sound system in the lounge. It has four bedrooms and bathrooms and a separate ground floor fitted apartment and private car parking. There is a 72 sq m swimming pool with a large terrace area that includes a built–in stone BBQ, a purpose built bar and mature gardens all around.
